Interview Details Selected on campus, India. They had several rounds. 1st was written which had general basic questions of C++ / Java. Could be chosen.
2nd was listening skills and 3rd was written english. there was a technical round following this and a speaking skills round. final was HR interview

Interview Details At first we have to attend the online exam on java,c++,c,XML,HTML,Aptitude,Reasoning (verbal & non-verbal).
Verbal test
Next an paragraph or precise writing on particular topic given by them.
Audio test which two persons(Americans) talking in telephone so asked questions after the end of call.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Bangalore (India) Aug 2011 – Reviewed Jul 06, 2012

Interview Details 1st phase was Presentation about the company and the pre-placement talk, where the HR executives from the company gave an insight about the company, the work and the job profile.
2nd phase was an online test of 100 marks (50 for C/C++ or Java/.Net, 30 for DS and Algorithms, 20 for Debugging and Code Analysis)
3rd phase was the English test similar to the TOFEL pattern with an audio round to it.
4th phase was the Communication test round, where the check your general communication skills.
5th phase was the 1:1 Technical Interview round with average difficulty level.
6th phase was the final phase which was a video conference interview with the Director of the company, designed to test the outlook, passion and motivation of the candidates.

Interview Details Very organized, professional and kind interviewers. Phone interview drilled on a pertinent project. Group interview was more technical. Very coherent and pertinent questions. Overall it was a very positive experience. Still waiting on response.
