Interview Details You apply online they will call you for an interview and describe the job and it's duties. They will ask you if you have a reliable means of transportation and other simple questions.

Interview Details Process begins with a phone interview. You are then contacted by an HR representative that does a screening over the phone. Once you check out, you are then scheduled for an interview with the same hiring manager or a different one. Once you pass the interview and accept their offer, you go to the warehouse to check it out, meet some potential co-workers and get a feel for the atmosphere.

Interview Details HR called and asked one question. "What are your salary expectations?" I answered and she said I was above their range of $55 to $60,000.

Interview Details I applied through their website and got a call within a week which was just a screening. Another week later I got called again to setup a time for a phone interview with a hiring manager. That happened and went very well, answered all their questions (simple html, java, and sql questions) and the hiring manager openly told me he liked me. Spoke with another hiring manager and very similar experience. Didn't get an offer though (guessing its because of my low gpa).

Interview Details The hiring process was kind of generic. You responded to an ad in the paper or applied on the website. They had an automatic scheduler for mass interviews.... the presenter gave you a quick crash course on the company and position w/ a tour.

You will be in a large group with a bunch of other unsuspecting fools that will think they are getting the whole picture. You'll get a start date, but not a date when you will actually start making money. If they make you an offer... take my advice and just run the other way as fast as you can!

Negotiation Details – Not a professional position... you're getting paid less than someone who works in fast food. No negotiations.

Interview Details Right before the holidays I applied for seasonal help online in my area. After completing the online application, options appeared to schedule a interview. It was approximately 2 weeks from the date completed online. Upon arriving we were sent through the guard station at the entrance to sign in. We then walked through the facilities into a meeting room. There we were briefed on the job requirements and expectations. Asked a few questions then called into a private office with management personnel for a interview. The interview lasted about 10 to 20 minutes. The person interviewing me was very professional, young, and somewhat cordial. They seemed welcoming and approachable yet held a high standard for performance. I was very interested in the job, but never did receive any type of reply thereafter. I was somewhat disappointed. Perhaps I will call and inquire why I did not receive any response after my interview.

Interview Details First I applied online then a few weeks later I received an email stating that I was invited to an interview. I showed up and there were about 8 other applicants in a room and the HR rep gave a breakdown of the job. Next the HR rep met with each applicant individually. When I met with the rep she asked for my social security number and a few questions to confirm the information on the application was correct. After the interview I received a call about a hour later telling me when to come in for orientation.

Interview Details Essentially you are hired in as an hourly employee. From there on you are watched and evaluated based on your performance. I suggest that if you have a dream to become management, let that be known immediately to your supervisors and or HR. The process can be lengthy and time consuming. Put your best foot forward and try to learn all you can.

Negotiation Details – There is no negotiation. If you choose to become a supervisor or management, count your blessings. Not everyone can just make the cut.
