FTE Vice President Networks, Infrastructure, and Data Center Operations Interview

FTE Vice President Networks, Infrastructure, and Data Center Operations

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at SunAmerica in August 2010.

Interview Details The hiring process was straight-forward and professional. There were two phone screens and a half day round of interviews with the CIO, CTO, VP engineering, and existing VP. Only hiccup in process: IT staff was dealing with an outage and their focus and time was difficult to fully obtain - understandable and played well into my background.

Interview Question – There were no difficult or fully unexpected questions. There were a few digressions onto the topic of the immediate outage and how I would handle it.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – The negotiation phase was also straight forward. They offered. I countered. They reoffered. I accepted.
