I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months - interviewed at Ryan, LLC in November 2012.

    Interview Details

The hiring process is pretty lengthy. It started with an on-campus interview and I was then selected for an on-site interview. You also have to answer this bizarre questionnaire probably to see if your personality fits with the culture there. During my on-site visit they flew in students from colleges all over the state and had a dinner and the interview was next morning. I interviewed with an owner and a manager. After that it tooks quite a while to receive an offer. I actually had to pressure HR to send me an offer because they were taking too long.

    Interview Questions
    • Probably the most difficult question I was asked is telling about a time when I was on a team and had to deal with conflict in the correct way. I'm not really good at answering behavioral type questions like that, which is the majority of questions that I was asked.   Answer Question
    Negotiation Details
Not much negotiation. I accepted the first offer I was given.

Campus interview first round. Second interview at headquarters. Several short interviews, mostly behavioral type questions. Very relaxed culture, I work with great people and enjoy working here. Interviews seemed to be conversational. Great place to work. Good incentives to work harder and move up the ladder. You must be able to perform duties and provide results without having to be baby sat.

I applied through college or university. The process took 3+ months - interviewed at Ryan, LLC in September 2012.

    Interview Details

Interviewed on campus. The interview consisted of behavioral questions. Many were asked in a condescending and uninterested way. I was told that I would be hearing back in 6-8 weeks. Three months later, I have not been contacted. I also spoke to many other interviewees who have not heard back.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Ryan, LLC.

    Interview Details

For me, the interviewer started off by describing the duty and responsibility of the position I applied for. He then asked about my background both in school and out school in that specific field. After he finished main points, he then went through my resume. This is phone interview, and it's just about 30 minutes.

    Interview Questions
    • The interviewer did not actually ask me deeply in technical questions. Instead, he asked me in overall of what I have learned in this/that subject which will be used in the position I applied for. I think this is the main and most important question you should be best prepared to present yourself.   Answer Question
