Interview Details After applying online I received an email with the suggested time for a phone interview. On time I called. I was asked general questions of whether I would go for the training to US and if I am OK to undergo a drugs test. I replied positive to all the questions, however they sent me an email that they don't want to proceed.

Interview Details Contacted by a recruiter who asked some basic interview questions. After that, we set a date for a aptitude test to be completed at their offices. Test was in 3 parts and they give you 1 hour to work on it. After the test, if they don't tell you to stay for an in-person interview, most likely you weren't accepted. Never heard back from them after the test.

Interview Details Got the initial screening call which lasted 15 minutes ... she seemed very impressed with my resume and what I had to say. I posses a diploma in Automotive Marketing, and a university degree in business. I have a good background in sales, with proof of my abilities. I did the online aptitude and personality tests (and I felt really good about them) ... however they decided to peruse other applicants at that time. It is my understanding that every single applicant who meets minimum requirements will do the first 2 steps like I did whether or not an actual position is available ... basically they will run account manager trainee ads all the time!! Don't get your hopes up!!

Interview Details I originally applied online for a desktop Support position within the company. After interviewing for the position I received an email saying I was not selected for the job. Two weeks later I received a call from the recruiter asking if I was still open to a position at Reynolds and brought me in for another interview for a different position in sales. During this second interview it was determined that I had a skill set better suited for a different position and was asked to come back a week later for a third interview for yet another job. I was quite pleased that they were open to finding a good fit for me within the company. Overall I was quite pleased with the entire process and was kept informed throughout.

Interview Question – As everyone has pointed out the tests you take on site are a bit challenging. This is only a very small piece of the entire process so don't get discouraged by it.   Answer Question

Interview Details I received an email from their hiring recruiter to schedule an "interview" for a set day and time. However, their interview is nothing more than filling out a personality profile and taking an hour long test that covers all sorts of questions to gauge your reasoning and math skills. I told the recruiter I had dyslexia and didn't think I would pass the test. She told me the test doesn't determine if you're hired or not. I do feel this is a lie, but have no proof. Nevertheless, I feel they should have a separate hiring process for people with a recognized impairment. Even though I was not hired, I know I could have been an excellent employee because I have the experience and a post secondary education with a magna cum laude, despite my mental challenges. Yet, after reading the reviews on this website, I've learned that not getting hired by Reynolds and Reynolds was a blessing in disguise. Good luck to other candidates. I hope your experience was better than mine.

Interview Details After sending my resume, I got an email invitation to go their their Houston office for a screening test and/or interview. The test was timed and consisted of basic mathematical word problems, pattern recognition, and included but was not limited to word analogy questions as far as I remember. Other than that, you are in a room of other potential employees.

Interview Question – The pattern recognition section was difficult. There are some figure patterns that I don't think anyone could solve in just 15 minutes.   Answer Question

New Product Implementation at Reynolds and Reynolds

Interview Details There are several phone interviews, an online assessment, a skype interview (two skype interviews for me), and a proctored assessment. The employees that conduct the phone interviews are generally very friendly and professional. The supervisors that will want skype interviews are less friendly, but professional. Their questions overall are simple: why are you good for this position, what are your skills and experience, what do you expect in a workplace, etc.

Interview Question – The most difficult portion of the interview is the assessment. It is timed so that you will not be able to finish it. Once you accept this, it is a lot less stressful.   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – I felt that Reynolds & Reynolds was too "cold and corporate" for me.

Interview Details Applied online to a posting listed on a website. Heard back quickly, received an email asking if I smoke and if I'm eligible to work in the US. Passed that, was invited to formally apply the next day. I spent 4 hours reviewing the practice questions, creating an online application, and taking the tests. I was completely spent when I finished. I graduated from college 14 years ago and am not used to taking tests any more. I'm concerned about how the test measured my ability to do the job. A week after completing learned that I was not being considered. Really not sure why.

Interview Question – A material that can be magnetized: stainless steel, copper, any steel, iron. More than one would be correct, but I could only select one.   Answer Question
