No Offer – Interviewed in Waterloo, ON Dec 2010 – Reviewed Jan 11, 2011
Interview Details
Very polite, two people - HR person and regional manager. Pretty much standard questions - why do you consider yourself suitable for the position, salary expectation, do you consider yourself a lucky person, etc.
Not too many tech questions. Got " thank you, but, no thank you" letter, may be because of the salary stated - 75000/year.

No Offer – Interviewed in El Segundo, CA (US) – Reviewed May 16, 2013 New
Interview Details The interview process was very unprofessional in my opinion. The recruiter asked me if I was interested in a particular position after I had an interview with the company that went well. For the next two months, the recruiters communicated with me about setting up another interview that never happened.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time you were a leader of a group and had to resolve a conflict. Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Dallas, TX (US) Oct 2009 – Reviewed May 07, 2013 New
Interview Details Contacted by Raytheon recruiter to attend a hiring event where interviews were being held. The event included an informal time of meeting other people (Raytheon employees and other recruits). There were presentations and speeches given by senior employees talking about their experience with the company and their careers with Raytheon. Following this was the actual interview. I had two rounds of interviews each with two people. One person led the interview and the other person took notes. The questions asked during the interview are behavioral in nature so prepare your stories beforehand. Following the interviews we were brought onto a Raytheon facility and given a site-tour.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time when you were under pressure to complete a project with tight deadlines. How did you handle it? What was the outcome? Answer Question

Interview Details
I applied online to a few positions. I was contacted via email in March 2013 to attend a hiring event in Tucson, AZ to be interviewed for a position I didn't apply for. There was about 150 candidates at the two-day event held at one of the resorts in Tucson. The first day they verified our citizenship, had lunch, went to the Raytheon plant site for a tour. It was a really nice facility, but I thought the tour was rather short. We only got to see three departments, I'm guessing this has to do with all the security restrictions. We then went back to the hotel, where we would then attend a reception to give a chance to interact with the various hiring departments. This is where you can have the chance to try and get additional interviews by showing interest to the hiring managers. It's kinda like speed dating, because the reception is only one hour long and once you start talking to a manager they get so much into talking about their job that it takes up to 15 -20 minutes of your time. All the hiring managers seem very happy and satisfied with their jobs. Following the reception, we were then wine and dined while they presented on Raytheon Missile Systems.
The second day, after breakfast, were the interviews. I only had one interview. The interview consisted on questions about my resume, and about four behavioral questions. It is really important that you know every single line item on your resume, because they will ask!
Interview Question – There was really no difficult questions. If you really want the job, you have to show them enthusiasm and desire to work for them. They really want to see that you are not just interviewing for the sake of interviewing rather that you are ready to step into the professional world! Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate, as this would my first job out of college. Besides, the starting salary is very competitive and was more than I was expecting.

I just applied online. I received a response and a phone interview was scheduled a few weeks after applying online. The interviewers were very friendly over the phone and they seemed to be very interested in me.
It's been about 2 months and I have not heard back. I'm assuming I they are not interested in me.
Interview Question – Really generic interview questions. Look them up on Google, they didn't ask anything out of the ordinary. And few questions regarding my experience listed on my resume. Answer Question
