Interview Details I was interviewed first by the customer service manager, then I was called in a few days later for an interview with the store manager. The interview questions are your standard run-of-the-mill questions like, "Tell me about yourself," "Why do you want to work at Publix?", "What separates Publix from other supermarkets?", and "What are your long-term goals?" I also had to do a mouth swab drug test.
