Interview Details
1st phase - pitch (2 minutes to speak about yourself) -> individual
2nd phase - comprehension, logical, numerical tests + group dynamics -> group
3rd phase - personality test and a SWOT analysis about you and the company and what areas would you like to work -> individual
Next phases - interview with the responsible person of the department of the hire position. They explain the position details to 8/10 candidates and then they call each one of them individually
Interview Question – The last phase, when you go to a department, if you can't get that position they will call you to go another one. Each interview its particular due to the nature of the position and department View Answer
Negotiation Details – The offer was stablished for everyone before starting the process of the Trainees programme
