Virtual interviews with several team members, over Teams calls, detailed questions asked and answered. Was hired very quickly. Other than that I do not remember the questions asked and answers given.

The interview process involves the solving of a quiz with multiple choice style questions mixed with manual responses as well. For the quiz there is a time constrained of 1 hour. After completion the quiz is submitted for an overview. If the quiz has been passed, you move on to the 2nd interview.
- First a quiz is given before moving forward to the 2nd interview.

Round 1 : Online test questions regarding java program, SQL queries and UNIX commands It is easy to clear. Round 2 : Technical Round with 2 people (They said you are good in java, SQL and a little bit of broushup linux/unix) Round 3 : Technical Round with an onsite person attend. Horrible experience in this round after answering all questions I received a review that I am not good in Java and Sql. The interviewer is asking irrelevant questions and trying to prove that you don't have perfect skills.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at One Network Enterprises in Jul 2023
I was contacted by a recruiter. First step was a 15 minute phone screening about my experience, languages I know, and then a quick run down on what ONE does. Second step was a online test. Moderate in difficulty; one or two questions were ambiguous and unclear. Third step was a technical interview. Questions about OOP concepts, building SQL queries, one or two abstract problem solving techniques. I felt this part was fairly easy. Fourth step is another technical interview, this one I was asked about every language and technology mentioned in the job description. For me, this was the most difficult portion. Fifth and final: I had an interview with the manager for the team I was to join. Two very easy technical questions, then a long discussion about work styles and experiences. All my interviewers were very polite and professional. Also, the test and each interview (except phone screening of course) lasted roughly 1 hour.
- SQL Joins (and white boarding), OOP Concepts, simple design patterns

I interviewed with a recruiter who sounded enthusiastic about my experience and skills. He then said he'd forward my resume and information to the person who would have been my manager. A week later, the recruiter followed up and said he was having trouble getting in touch with the manager. This went back and forth for a couple more weeks before the recruiter went dark. I have not heard any followup. Do better.
