Interview Details Very straight-forward process, which is refreshing in a market where employers are paranoid. The HR director was very nice. If you get a call for an interview - make it count! It is a great company and one of the best places to work for young people.
Interview Question – Very in-depth questions about your role on particular jobs, prepare well in advance. Answer Question

This interview was pretty standard for any type of media agency. I was expecting some sort of media test (every media related interview I had previously consisted of a test), but it was just a question/answer interview.
There were two people from HR interviewing me at the same time, which is quite common, EXCEPT one of them just sat there in silence. Barely spoke one word to me. So I found that to be a little odd, and very distracting for me in terms of making eye contact with them even though it was the other person doing all the talking. Suffice to say I didn't get the job. The mute person really threw me off my game.
Interview Question – They asked a lot of questions about my past experiences, and wanted me to go into extreme detail about what I specifically did in my prior jobs. Answer Question

Interview Details I submitted my resume and within a few hours had received a call from HR. They were very helpful and flexible seeing as i was at my old job and could not speak publicly around co-workers. I went in the next day for an interview which was very comfortable and did not find any issues with the process. A few days later i met with the group manager for another interview geared more towards work experience and daily tasks. They called me back wihtin a few days and offered me the position.

Negotiation Details – I gave a broad range and was able to negotiate to what i was looking for. If you can't get what you're looking for. Suggest that you will take their current offer, but only on the condition that you can re-evaluate in 6 months.

OMD is a part of a giant entity so my ability to get an interview was of course through a personal friend. I doubt if large corporate companies take the time to filter though every resume that comes to their main websites.
I had three interviews in one day. Two with the immediate associates I would be supporting on that account and one with the Lead over the account.
The interview was straight forward and didn't present many riddles or thought bending questions. Mainly just,
why do you want to work here,
tell me about your past experiences.
Describe a time when you had to work under pressure
What are your weaknesses..etc.
Interview Question – The most difficult thing was not getting the job and hearing that the reason I didn't get it was because the decision makers felt my past experiences were too colorful, creative and worldly. So in turn they felt I wouldn't put my heart and joy into being a number counting media planner. My close connection let me know that it would have been better to spend my experiential and creative passions could have been held back a little more. View Answer

I was contacted by an HR manager for an interview about a week and half ago. I met with multiple Strategists and Account Directors for roughly 45 minutes. They all seemed smart and upbeat about their jobs. I was asked the usual questions for an interview. For example, "what are your likes? What is Media? How do you feel about Digital Media?" and so forth. The interview was decent enough.
They told me they would make a quick decision within a weeks times but when i attempted to follow up, I was ignored by the HR manager. I still have not received a response to my email and its going on 3 days without response.
Interview Question – What do you think about Digital Media? Answer Question

Interview Details This is one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever seen. I was invited to have conversation with HR. The interview was set up. Then, there was no call for that day for no reason. A few days later, I was called back and set up another time. Then, the same thing happened that no call or apology. I wondered if the company still legitimate. I would avoid this company for all cost.
