Interview Details There are 3 interviews for the internship program. The initial is really informative. Basic background questions are asked. The second meeting is with a college unit director. He asks some more background questions then assigns you homework if you so choose to go through with the 3rd interview. The 3rd interview is in front of the managing partner. This includes a 5 to 8 minute presentation for the partner as to why you want to work for them, and why they should want you to work for them.

Negotiation Details – No Negotiations
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks.
