Interview Details sat down for about 2 hours, didnt really feel like an interview at first. laster wel over an hour and a half. actually got to sit down with company ceo for about 40 minutes. very tough questions and little emotion at this point. Definitely took the fun out of it in the end.

Interview Details 3 round of interviews 1 with HR 1 with section manager and 1 with team leaders. Mostly asked behavioral and fit questions. Not much technical questions. Basically asked about work/college history, asked what classes I took what internships I had and how that will help me with this position. Asked about familiarity with accounting and finance concepts and asked if was proficient with excel

Interview Details The whole process took a few weeks, with 2 full days dedicated to meeting all members of the team. It was pretty grueling, but understandable, and you feel like an Olympian after going through the motions and receiving an offer. The work culture was great - people friendly and dedicated to helping others and providing the best services to clients and prospects.
Interview Question – Even though I wasn't applying for a sales position, I was asked to give a sales pitch for a product offered by a previous employer. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Maybe I was having a great day - the negotiation phase went very well. They were willing to pay for what they were getting - my brains - which was certainly a nice change. The best initial offer I had ever received, and I asked for more, which they gave me.
