Declined Offer – Interviewed in Jan 2012 – Reviewed Jan 03, 2013

Interview Details Just went to the interview today, he mainly talked about the company and the kind of people they're looking for.. Told this was 2 step process, with that interview being the first step. Gave me info & online application to fill out if interested in proceeding to next step. He didn't have too many questions for me, surprisingly. It seemed like he was "selling" the job more than interviewing me!

Interview Question – He didn't have too many questions for me, surprisingly. It seemed like he was "selling" the job more than interviewing me!   Answer Question

Insurance Agent at New York Life

Accepted Offer – Reviewed Oct 31, 2012

Interview Details Very good interview process. Initial contact with managing partner was very positive. Flexible with my schedule to meet. It was a 4 part interview that was informative and energizing a the same time. It wasn't so much of the "drink our kool aid" type of interviews. The overall experience was quite good and I never felt any pressure to hurry and sign up.

Interview Question – Where do you see yourself with our company in 10 years?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There wasn't a negotiation phase.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Mar 2012 – Reviewed Mar 31, 2012

Interview Details Called me back after several months of resume submission. Interview was thorough and helpful. Asked many basic questions such as "Why makes you competitive" and "what are some of your personal flaws". Overall great interview. Office was lavish, location is in Fairport, which is quite an uppity part of Rochester.

Interview Question – What would your colleagues say if I asked about you?   Answer Question

Accepted Offer – Interviewed on Brooklyn, NY (US) May 2009 – Reviewed Sep 26, 2011

Interview Details They call you ask you to come down and go over the job briefly. They want you to come back a second time to be sure if you are serious. This is a numbers game, if you have a pulse and nothing is on your record you will get a shot.
