Nesco Resource Interview Questions

Phone interview, in person interview, job site interview with a tour of the facility, then another screening with the corporate recruiter, then a final interview with the big shots. Then they make a decision.

Originally had phone interview then congratulated me. Did about 4 hours of paperwork/testing. Then said they would have to send it out to the employer and would let me know.

I had an initial phone screen with recruiter and then I had a Zoom interview with multiple managers/team members at the company. Standard interview process, but was ghosted for nearly two weeks after the Zoom interview only to be told I was not moving forward because the company gave preference to a local candidate - despite the job being listed as remote. The job post should have been listed as on-site or hybrid if local candidates were being given preference. Honestly, it was a waste of everyone's time to have me interview.

Phone interview with recruiter and after that they contacted back to me to set up the phone interview with client’s company. (It was twice. One is responsible person from department and another one is HR)

Brief phone call screening, and depending on placement would determine additional interview steps. My first screening took 15 minutes for all the necessary data to be collected for my application. They will store the data for any additional applicable positions similar to the initial recruitment role if the first does not work out.

Had a video call interview and phone interview with recruiter and client’s supervisor and manager. Also communicated in email regarding job description and work schedule. it was okay experience over all.

Very standard. Several interviews to make sure both parties felt it was a good fit. Full background check and drug screen. Process was complete over 2 months. Panel interview for final over zoom due to covid.

Applied on Glass door got a call back in a hour did a follow up phone screen. Satisfied the employer with my answers. I'm waiting to hear back on there desicion for employment. Glassdoor is a reliable resource for employment

The hiring process was very good. I am in love with the Branch Manager. I am convinced this is the place I will love to grow with. She has the same management style as me. No nonsense but at the same time approachable.

Very professional. Over the phone interview was less than 30 minutes. I felt very comfortable talking with the interviewer. He also asked about my experience in ordering parts which I did on a daily basis at my former place of employment.
