Placed via college For the interview process I had to go to mu sigma Banglore. The first day was induction and I introduction and tour of company. The next day was the interview process which was two tiered The first tier was the group activity round,group of 5-6 students were made and give a problem to solve on. Those who cleared the first round gave the personal interview. In my interview I was asked majorly from the CV and situation based questions. From academia, databases, java questions.

First phase -online test which consisit of quant questions and a case study. After shortlisting candidates from round one follows a group activity in which group discusses on a topic and draws a conclusion. After that interview follows.

It was fantastic. It is correct to say like personal discussion rather than a interview. Firstly, after qualifying in muapt, I was informed to attend in Bangalore for further purpose. On first day, the company introduce itself to us and it was awesome. On second day morning there was a group activity . After that there was an interview. It took nearly 1hr 15 min for me. The overall experience for me is fantastic and very nice.

The selection process consists of six rounds Written exam Video Synthesis Pseudo code and Case Study Group discussion Technical Interview HR Interview Mu Sigma Aptitude & Personality Test consists of questions on Quant, Critical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning. Questions are generally based on time & works, percentages, data sufficiency. Language:Language section contains grammar, fill in the blanks and RCs. Critical Thinking:This section includes questions related to visual thinking and visual representation. Video SynthesisThis round tests the listening and grasping skills. In this round, a video will be shown and you will be asked to summarize it. Pseudo Code & Case Study round consists of a written test wherein a pseudo code will be given and you have to write the output. And in Case Study a situation will be given and some questions will be asked to that problem. This round is for 30 minutes. Overall the level of the paper is moderate to difficult. Only those candidates who clear the written exam will qualify for the next rounds that are Group Discussion and interviews.

Online test at college includes questions from probability and profit loss it had lot of psycometric questions next was group activity at bangalore followed by interview they dont ask anthing technical

Applied through college , first round mostly had psychometric questions and some quants/verbal. We had to go to the company in Bangalore for the second round. We had a day of orientation and the second round the next day. Second round was group activity which is basically a GD to solve a real time business problem and discuss its feasibility. Almost half the people were eliminated in this round. Third round was HR interview and was the final round too. It was a stress interview , just had to remain calm and answer the questions. Questions were only from the resume , nothing technical.I was asked to solve a puzzle after the 20 minute stress interview sesssion.
