Interview Details Had an on-campus interview. They didn't ask me any questions about my experience or abilities. They were interested in a "career development" conversation where they asked in which positions I was interested in the company. I found this very difficult to answer because I don't know what positions they look for in recent grads.
Interview Question – Nothing unusual. It was just odd that they didn't really ask me questions about myself, besides what I was looking for in a position. Answer Question
Other Details - I applied through campus recruiting and the process took a day.
