Sales Representative at Lincare Holdings

Accepted Offer – Reviewed Jul 22, 2012

Interview Details I found the interview process conducted by the Area Manager to be quite misleading as she promised wonderful commission and room for vertical career moves. This was a well oiled speech given to each and every person she interviewed as she just wanted to fill spots with quantity not qualtiy. The truth is commission structure is not all that great given the products they are currently trying to push. Traditional reps can make decent money but be wary if you interview for specialty divisions. Most center managers have integrity it seems so i don't have any issues with them as most will try to help you and push your case for late reimbursement, commission approval...etc.

Interview Question – Not a difficult interview, very standard run-of-the-mill questions.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – No negotiation ability on salary no matter what your experience.

Sales Representative Lincare at Lincare Holdings

Accepted Offer – Interviewed on Appleton, WI (US) Mar 2011 – Reviewed Jul 21, 2012

Interview Details simple single interview, with branch manager usually not trained in interviewing. he did a good job of quality questions and none were out in left field or unanswerable but, he was very good at reading a person's personality. The branch manager was understaffed at the time of my interview and he was not necessarily able to go about in an organized manner like I am sure he would have.

Interview Question – why do you want this job?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – flat offer no negotiation.
