Interview Details Interviewed at an on-campus interview. Interviewer was very easy to talk with. Asked a series of seven behavioral questions which were somewhat difficult to answer on the spot. Received a call for a second interview but declined because the job was not in the location I wanted. Otherwise seemed like a great company.

Interview Details When ever interviewing with a large company it is a process. It starts with a call from their internal recruiters. If you are using an outside recruiter, this can extend the process. If you are qualified for the job you are applying for they are really good at contacting you. After the initial interview if the recruiter believes you to be qualified they will send your information to the hiring manager. This is where patients comes in. This can be a week or more process. If the manager likes your qualifications the recruiter will arrange a phone screen with the manager. If you make it past this point the next is a onsite interview. This is typically followed by a second onsite depending on the availability of senior managers. Overall the company is solid, communicates well and is a good environment. The hiring process is however a long one 4-8 weeks typically.
Interview Question – They asked questions directly relating my experience on my resume to the position. I did not find anything difficult as it matched with the role and my skill set. Answer Question

Interview Details Filled online application at Liberty Mutual's website. It took about a day or two for them to get back to me requesting to complete an assessment, which took about an hour or so to complete. Once I submitted the assessment, a recruiter called to schedule a telephone interview. The telephone interview was about 45 minutes long and it covered the details of the position and discussed my experience. I have a face to face interview today; will let you know how that went.

Interview Details Replied to an ad on LinkedIn for an open house-style interview. I applied and was then asked to complete their online personality assessment. The recruiter contacted me and sent me the info for the information session. I was contacted again prior to the session to set up a phone interview for the day after the session. Altogether there were about 10 of us there who were interviewing, along with two senior branch managers and a recruiter from North Carolina. We were shown a powerpoint presentation with information about the job and the company and then allowed to ask questions. The branch managers were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. I felt very comfortable and excited to interview. Next, everyone was called back individually for a mini-interview to go over your resume and qualifications and to ask any other questions. The recruiter was very sweet and down to earth. I had a phone interview with her the next day where she asked more specific questions about my background an went over any questions I had. I was sent an email the following week saying the position had been filled.

Apply online and complete online test whichtakes about an hour minimally. Shortly after that received a call from am recruiter to do a phone interview.
Next step is to meet with the sales manager which is a typical interview youl would expect. The next interview step is where it gets a little wierd you do another quick interview then spend 3 hours making cold calls to try to get peoples auto insurance expiration dates? You do this with no training and on the spot. They ask you to bring in a list and and offer to let you use your list or theirs. I used theirs which was nothing more than a generic list. I spent 3 hours getting hung up on and told they're not interested (it was a blast).
The next step is to meet with a regional manager but never made it that far, I received a call asking if I would be willing to purchase my own lists of (warm) customers and spend about $200-$400 a month. He said many of the reps do that with good luck. I personally found this to be very tacky and informed the manager I was no longer interested.
My advice would be if there is a better way to get your lists spend the money to do so as oppose to expecting new reps to do that.

Interview Details The process was fairly extensive. The initial application includes submitting a resume and cover letter, then filling in forms with employment history, education, etc. Then about a 45 minute personality exam conducted by a third party company online to determine if you are a fit. Following this process there is a serious of two telephone interviews. the first is fairly short and just insures you meet the minimum qualifications. The second is about a half hour or so and if you pass this interview your application and resume are sent to the the local manager. Then their is an in person interview that takes approximately an hour. In all, from first applying to the job until receiving a job offer was roughly a three month process.
Interview Question – Very little information is given about the actual job you will be doing if hired and therefore the questions are very difficult to answer with any kind of context. Just be prepared for very open ended questions. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation phase. The job had a set pay amount that was not negotiable.

I got the phone interview via staffing company. The manager gave me a call in the morning.
She asked me several general questions and I asked well. She said she will let me know the next step when they have the decision but I haven't heard back from them since.

Interview Details Felt like I was in the scene from The Office. Somewhat unprofessional but nothing too bad. A lot of basic questions that I have been asked in previous interviews...How would you handle x situation....Give me an example of how you handled x situation in the past. Researching the company did not help much as not many questions were about them. Mainly listening and having to answer the set questions. Interview was two people which was unexpected. One finished and then the other asked different questions and went more in depth about experience.

Interview Details 1st round was a phone interview with a recruiter, all pretty basic questions like, "Why do you want this position? or "Talk about your leadership experience?" A week after, I received a phone call from HR telling me that they wanted to schedule an on-site interview. The on-site interview ended up being three interviews with three different hiring managers. A lot of the questions the questions started "tell me about a time..." but nothing out of the ordinary. After the weekend, I got another phone call telling me that I have received the offer and I accepted. They will send me the paperwork as soon as they do a background check.
