I applied through a recruiter and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Kelly Services in March 2014.

Interview Details no interview process, had a friend delivered a resume and was called for orientation later in the week. was then fired about 3 weeks later for because the supervisor and i had a supposed disagreement (which never actually occurred). Received no form of training was called one or twice a day for extra shifts, also had to sign a "test" stating i had finished safety training

Interview Question – do you have your social insurance number (surprisingly most people in the group orientation did not)   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – no negotiation whatsoever, working 3-5 days a week on rotating 12 hour shifts

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Kelly Services in June 2012.

Interview Details Email referral got me the interview and I interviewed with the branch manager for 1 hour, then the Western Canada Business Lead for an additional hour. There was no formal structure to it other than inquiring what kind of business development I've done in the past, what my growth rate was and what I expected the new role to be. Very numbers focused among the interviewees seemed to have gotten the job as I knew BDR life cycles are very short in terms of usefulness to a company.

Negotiation Details – Simple since there is no room to negotiate and Kelly Service is the bargain basement in terms of salary in the market.

I applied in-person and the process took 1 week - interviewed at Kelly Services.

Interview Details You will be probed to see if you are professional, have marketing skills and the composure to tackle not so pleasant candidates. Its a quick interview, they will check to see if you have the acumen to interview someone and take independent decision. Previous experience is an asset but you can also get your foot in the door with no previous experience provided you are vibrant and professional. The job could get stressful if you do not meet your targets. I got interviewed and within a week was asked to join them. Turn around time was impressive

Interview Details I applied online for a help desk position and got a call back after a couple days. Had a phone interview which consisted of a few basic questions. Had to do an online skills test. They had me fill out a bunch of forms which took a little time but it wasn't too bad.

I applied online and the process took a day - interviewed at Kelly Services in August 2011.

Interview Details I was called into meet with the branch manager very soon after submitting my resume. They were looking for a recruiter to help one of their clients recruit a couple hundred people in a few months. The interview was very straightforward and the manager was mainly interested in my experience as a recruiter. It was about 20-25 minutes long. At the end he took my references and said he would be in touch either way. He called a couple days later and explained that the client was on holidays and someone would get back to me the following week. I was never contacted again. This is the second time I have had an interview with Kelly Services and was promised a call back and never received one. The interviewers are always very nice, but obviously too busy to make callbacks.

Interview Details Applied to the job through workopolis, got moved to the company website. Then applied and created an online account. Applied for the job, got a call. Came info the interview passes the staffing agency portion.
Completed a back ground and credit check. Had second interview with new company!
