Wrote Aptitude, Data structure and Database test in campus interview PSG Tech 2006 . It was muliple choice questions. It was well within the computer science semester college syllabus. After clearing this test. We had one panel interview (3 members) on analytics,reasoning,db. We had one more 1-1 technical interview on programming and hr.
After selection we had one month training in our college campus. Basics of c,data structure,programming and behavioural training was provided.
Interview Question – Some analytics question related to circle and points was asked. i dont remember the exact question. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Since project trainee no negotiations possible.

After first phone interview with the outsource firm, have at least 3~4 more interviews
Final step will be the security check which takes about more than a month.

Interview Details Interview Process was with two large groups of 8 people each. Friendly, informative. HR hiring was recently outsourced and company providing this was not up to full speed on the benefits. Ended up getting short changed as they advised certain things that were not true in the end.

Negotiation Details – This was where it got muddy in regards to benefits. It's very difficult to compare companies on these points and the new outsourced hiring HR group did not know the information well enough, misleading

Interview Details Submitted resume during campus career fair, 1.5 months later was contacted for an initial phone interview. A few days to a week after this I was contacted via email by a different recruiter to set up an in-person interview. The in-person interview was at the ACS office and was scheduled to be about an hour long.
