Sales Associate at Home Depot

No Offer – Reviewed Feb 08, 2013

Interview Details I applied online, then had a phone interview by a lady, at last she gave me my in-person interview time. My in-store interviewer was a store supervisor. The interview was easy but I think I was not good at interview, first because of lacking retail experience, second cos I am not good at speaking English, most of my brain was going for translating what I was gonna say.

I have been told to have 2 government ID and 3 reference letters, as the interviewer didn't asked me for them, I think they are not gonna call me.

Interview Question – If a customer is mad at our service how you manage the situation?   Answer Question
