Interview Details Went to a job fair and filled out an availability sheet while waiting in line outside of an empty room. I waited in line for around 30 minutes before I had been called in for my interview, keep in mind that I had gotten there early and there was only around 4 girls ahead of me. My interview was 3 on 1, I sat at a table while 3 women asked me around 5 questions, one woman doing most of the talking. She asked me if I was in school or working, asked about past work experience, if I have any experience with cash, why I want to work at forever 21 and gave me a scenario. Overall, the interview process was easy, quick, and the women were fairly nice. They said that they will be calling candidates for a second interview this coming Monday.
