Interview Details
First: A 15 minute phone screen with HR. She asked technical questions that she did not understand but I matched the answers she had in front of her so I was asked to come in for in-person interview.
Second: Three one-on-one half-hour interviews with various software team members. Interviewers were nice but incompetent. Two behavioral interviews and one technical interview. The technical interview was with someone who spoke English as a secondary language, and he simply went down a list of programming languages and terms and asked if I had heard of them. When I tried to define terms he would interrupt--he literally just wanted yes or no answers as to whether I was familiar with things. My honesty probably hurt me because I could have told him I knew everything he was asking instead of telling him I had not worked with Oracle, triggers, etc.
A few days after the interview HR called and said they had no openings for QA. It would have hurt less if they had been honest and said I failed the interview.

Interview Details I applied through the college recruiting program at my school. The interview is pretty comprehensive. You receive a phone call abut a week or two before the on-site interview to ask any questions. Then there is a informational session the night before to learn a bit more about the company. On the day of the interview, your day lasts about 3-4 hours with the HR reps and a senior manager(s) and consists of two behavioral interviews and one technical.
Interview Question – There isn't any "trick" questions. Normal behavioral questions with STAR format (i.e "tell me about a time....") and technical questions involved SQL and object-case diagrams. View Answer
Negotiation Details – no negotiation needed :)

Interview Details The hiring process is intense! I had two phone interviews before my on-site interview, which lasted for 4 hours. During the on-site interview, I was interviewed in a group by two different managers, and then was interviewed individually by two managers together. Afterwards, we were given a logical reasoning exam to test our deductive and inferential reasoning skills.

Interview Details
4 rounds
1. Tech round - 2 case studies(telephonic)
Face to face rounds:
2. HR round(how do I fit in, expected salary)
3. Tech round -2 case studies
4. Manager round-going through resume
Tech round questions were very good but I could come up with the right answers. HR round consisted of some checks to see consistency, interest in the role, whether I would stay with them etc. Manager round was less structured and was similar to HR round.
Interviewers were polite, patient and helpful. Not much scope for negotiations.
My offer was confirmed through a job consultant but it was cancelled the next day due to some reason related to background verification. This reason was very unconvincing and a stark contrast to all the proceedings before. Very disappointed at this turn of events.
Interview Question – No unexpected questions. In tech rounds case studies related to statistical model building, assumption checking, graphical interpretation, capacity planning decision making etc were asked Answer Question

Interview Details Not impressed by the interview process in the least. Branch manager talked down to me because I did not have experience with the company. I was interviewed by two managers who asked very basic questions about why I would be the best choice for this position. The other manager was very kind and tried to be very positive throughout the whole interview to balance out the other manager's attitude.
Interview Question – None Answer Question
