Interview Details I submitted my resume through Linked In and got a reply email that said they would contact me within 5 business days. It took them two weeks to get back to me, but when they did the lady that contacted me was very polite and nice. She was basically just trying to figure out if I had customer service experience in a roundabout way. When she found out I didn't she told me I wasn't qualified, but gave me a few suggestions on ways to get the experience so I could reapply. She also informed me that it is basically a sales and customer service position, which I did not feel that was what they advertised the position as.
