Enterprise Rent-A-Car Management Trainee Interview

Interview Details The first step is a computerized personality test at the regional office. The second step is the interview with the recruiter. This is usually a pretty easy interview. There will be basic getting to know you type questions and the recruiters are usually pretty cool. The next interview is with the area manager, which is still a very laid back process but more intense questions. If you ace it with the area manager you're in.

Interview Question – From what I recall the most difficult question was what is your greatest weakness and how do you deal with it?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – There really wasn't a negotiation. The starting salary is the same for everyone.

Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks.
