I applied online and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Eaton in November 2010.

Interview Details Applied online for initial round of resume screening. Received 45 minute phone interview verifying and elaborating on past experience. Was invited to attend on site interview. Received 30 minute job preview with current employee, then interviewed with two groups of two interviewers for 90 minutes each. Questions were standard behavioral/Lominger style with a large amount of repetition.
Followed up with thank-you emails. After 2 weeks followed up with voice mail to HR contact and received 2nd interview with current manager. Spent less than 60 minutes discussing job specifics and ascertaining personality fit. Received verbal offer the following week. Written offer is contingent on background and drug screening.

Negotiation Details – Salary was not negotiable. Received additional vacation time after request for salary increase was declined.
