Interview
HR called me and setup a Phone screen ( technical ) . and then followed by a onsite interview with 3 rounds. 1st round was about Partner explaning about Deloitte, 2nd round was about asking SDLC and walking through the complete process. 3rd round is about Project
It was very vague as only 3 questions were asked which was by BA who does not have QA knowledge.Infact he mentioned that I have good knowledge.despite that I didnt get selected which seems fishy and entire interview was done for formality

Interview was average for consultant role etl testing with basic sql question of join, count,duplicate. Also they asked about daily task you are doing.different types of joins, difference between those
I had two technical round
final HR round for salary discussion
first round was testing the skills on module you worked on
second round was your behaviour skills, communication and ur leadership
