Interview Details The first round of the hiring process consisted on a computer test similar to the GMAT taken by small groups of candidates. The second stage is a group interview with 2-3 interviewers from Deloitte and ca. 8-10 candidates. The interviewers bring up some current business topics and let the discussion flow between the candidates. After this stage candidates are selected for the interview stage.

Campus Recruitment : 3 Steps
1) Written Round - Consists of Quant/Aptitude, English and reasoning. Paper was pretty simple and it was computer adaptive. Focus was on speed and accuracy.
2) Group Task - A business problem was presented, asked to solve it with a team of 6.
3) Personal Interview - HR basically. Easy going, good, friendly interview.
Interview Question – Group task can be challenging for people who are not into a lot of general reading, news etc. Requires good soft skills. Answer Question

Interview Details It through on campus opportunity. First round was a written round. It was an aptitude round. The second round for the people who cleared was a case study round in a groups. People clearing this were called for the next round that was the face to face interview round.

Interview Question – The most difficult question was the business case. It was about a cosmetic company that was at the edge of the bankrupcy and your goal was to save it implementing economic and financial solutions. You were guided with different proposed answers and at the end of the dedicated time you were supposed to present your motivation about the solution chosen. Answer Question

Interview Details I applied through my college recruiting website and went through two rounds of interviews. The first round comprised an half-hour behavioral and an half-hour case interview with two senior managers. The second round interview took place two weeks later at the local Deloitte office and consisted of a one-hour case interview with a senior manager and a partner.

Interview Details First there was a written test after which they shortlisted for case study. In the case study first in a group of 5-6 a problem was given and we were supposed to come up with the solution and write it on a chart paper and then we were supposed to present it to a panel. Then the people who presented well were shortlisted for the final interview. There was a single interview after in which they asked general questions and finally they selcted after this interview.

Interview Details the placement process was conducted in 3 steps. step one was the general aptitude test. which was followed by a group discussion on the different test cases provided by them. the final step was the personnel interview where they focused both on the technical skills and presentation skills of the candidate.

Interview Details
The first step consisted of a group interview, with skills, IQ tests and 1:1 interview with the HR.
Then i met the director i was going to work with, who asked me about my background competencies and job attitude.
The entire process lasted less than 10 days, i received the offer the day after the last interview.
Interview Question – i had to describe myself during the group interview using images and photos fron newspapers. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate at all but i strongly suggest to do it. For example, if you have already done another intership you may be able to reduce the lenght of the intership.

Interview Details I knew the position on the job fair in University of Florida, and talked with their staff about this position, Then I applied online again, and got a on campus interview in a few weeks. There was a dinner invitation before the interview. The interviewer was very kind during the interview process, and we talked about my background and other personality things. Though I didn't get the offer, I feel beneficial from this interview.
