Interview Details Recruitment for internships took place largely through on campus recruitment and were routed through my university's career center. First round interviews seemed largely determinant upon GPA and impressions from Meet the Firms. Second round interview provided lodging for us at the office location we were interested in working at and consisted of three interviews with manager and above level professionals followed by a nice lunch where we met some younger professionals. Offers were given out a few weeks later uniformly by the big 4 and we had two weeks to decide.
Interview Question – None, most of my interviews were more conversations with the interviewers. One interview who was recently promoted to manager had a list of questions he joked he felt like he should ask me at least one and it was "Tell me about a time you had to give someone bad news and how you handled it". But the answer quickly became conversation as well. Answer Question

Interview Details The interview was held on campus. To me the interview was sort of informal. I really liked the flow of the conversation that the recruiter and I had. We basically discussed what I had on my resume and some of my strengths and weaknesses. I believe the interview lasted for about 30 minutes and then we were done.

Interview Details
There were two rounds of interviews on campus -- each round (one per day) was 2 interviews (30 minutes) back to back, so 4 interviews total. The greeter called to extend an offer the evening after the 2nd round, so the whole process only took 3 days (prenight, round 1, round 2). Generally the process is to have the first round of interviews on campus, and then the second round at the office, but they chose to do an interview "blitz" so both rounds were on campus. People who received offers were then invited for an office visit, which consisted of presentations and "discussion time" with some of the professionals.
Each interviewer seems to have a target for their questioning (e.g., motivation, teamwork, leadership, conflict, etc.) The interviewers can be intimidating at times and the questions are somewhat challenging because they might give you a situation and ask you for parallel situations that you have experienced. They want to see if you have experiences that relate to the ones you may face at the firm.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time where you used your network to achieve something that you wouldn't have been able to otherwise. Answer Question

Interview Details
There were two rounds of interviews, both at the local office. Round one consisted of one 30min interview with an audit partner. Round 2 lasted 5 hours including two 30min interviews (with audit manager and audit director), office tour and presentations. The firm even took the candidates out to lunch.
Overall Deloitte wants to see if you are a competent person, capable of communicating effectively. Make sure you have plenty of good examples of working in teams and remember to ask relevant questions. Be confident and you'll do great! Good luck!
