I interviewed online - interviewed at CohesiveFT in March 2013.

    Interview Details

The process was an initial phone interview. Then the next step was an interview with a VP and another person who was introduced by name but no title or job function. I was not sure why she was in the interview.

    Interview Questions
    • The last question after 3 hours was " Is there anything else you would like us to know about you?". They did not ask if I had any questions which I did but they went unasked. I found that very unusual for such a long interview..   Answer Question
    • Most of the questions were fairly standard for a sales position. The most unusual thing was I did not get to ask any questions so there was little give and take in the meeting.   Answer Question
    Reasons for Declining

There is no marketing..They are 6 years old but seem on first impression to be about 2 years old if that. After 6 years, I'd expect a company to have real marketing ie, trade shows, data sheets, etc. I did some research on the space and of 25 competitors in the space they were not listed, though start ups with no live product were listed. Sales will do everything themselves including admin tasks etc.. If you want a million dollar quota and little support in getting there this might be a good place for you.
