Very easy. People at this company are very fair and friendly. The recruiter works extremely fast which makes the hiring process very easy. By far the most respectful process I have ever been through.

Initially, I was taken to lunch and we discussed opportunities within the firm. Then, I was asked to submit my resume and soon thereafter I was interviewed at the company by five different individuals, those who would be peers as well as partners.

Pretty easy to do: one with a recruiter and one with the hiring manager or team lead. Was asked the standard questions about previous experience and what salary is expected.
