I received an email from corporate recruiter after my online application and set up a call for a phone screening. The job was located in NYC but the hiring manager was located in England.
The whole experience was awkward as he was 15 mins late (which he apologized for) and had a really thick Indian accent and I had to make him repeat himself so many times during the call. On the top his accent, since the call is scheduled on a Friday afternoon EST and that corresponds to Friday night in England, his tone was a bit unwilling and forced to do this.
The technical questions were straight forward and there were some behavioral questions and some of them I could not understand at all.
We had to stop at some point since it was obvious this was not gonna work.
Interview Question – Nothing unexpected....Questions around Agile, Java, and Behaviral Answer Question

Interview Details Seven total interviews with four different people on three different occasions over a period of about a month plus a separate meeting with two consultants from the recruitment agency. I was assured an offer was forthcoming. After several weeks of maintaining that it would be in my hand within the week, they called back to say that senior management had changed their mind and they wouldn't be hiring anybody.
Interview Question – All the questions were in line with my expectations given the nature of the role. Answer Question

Interview Details First I applied using college career website. I got my first interview on campus and they asked what I did and my GPA. They looked at my project that I worked on and what I was interested in. After that they call me in New York branch for 4 interviews. This was just repeating same thing over and over what you do and what do you like about computers. Hardest computer related question I got was what is CPU?
