Application Details

I applied online - interviewed at Bank of America.

Interview Details

I applied online through the company's website and was contacted days later. My first phone call was a 10 minute screening about your interests and also the interviewer goes into detail about the program and can answer any questions you may have. The next step was a behavioral based phone interview the next week. The questions were pretty challenging but not impossible. After the second interview, if selected, you will attend the final round of interview in Charlotte, North Carolina. I flew in on a Thursday afternoon and relaxed until a reception was held at 5 pm that evening on the 60th floor of the headquarter building. The next days consisted of three back to back interviews with additional behavioral based questions. Overall it was a GREAT experience
