Bank of America Customer Service Representative Interview

Interview Details About 2 days after applying online from the company site I received a request to take an online skill test; it was like a demo call center activity. Less then a week after passing that test I was scheduled for a phone interview, a few days later for a 1 on 1 with a lead at the center I'd be working at. It moved along pretty fast and was pretty painless. I heard from co-workers in my training group that some of them had 2 phone interviews.

Interview Question – Describe a situation when you were unable to service a customer at your bank branch.   Answer Question

Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 weeks.
