Interview Details
First Round of Interviews for a full time position. Consists of 2 30 minute business case interviews.
There are no behavioral interview questions on the first round, they are just testing if you can do the business case or not. This might throw the candidates off a bit, because it seems like they don't care about who you actually are.
They are very focused on the 80/20 rule. You need to seek out the 2-3 analysis' with the biggest impact and go through those VERY quickly and impressively to get to the Second round.
The interviewers were very rude and they did not seem like they care or respect the candidates.
Interview Question –
First case: A credit card company that is planning on launching a new airmiles reward card.

Interview Details Two rounds of interviews. First round on campus, with two case interviews. Second round was at the Bain office, with another two case interviews (this time with more senior people). Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout, and the company was very generous with accommodations for the second round. Company was also very good about having alumni reach out to you for practice before each round of interviews.
Interview Question – In second round, interviewer asked a very nontraditional case. I was not sure where I was going with it, and despite my attempts to save face, it was obvious to the interviewer. Answer Question
Accepted Offer – Interviewed on New York, NY (US) Oct 2012 – Reviewed Apr 30, 2013
Interview Details The entire process consisted of four interviews (two sets of two back-to-back interviews). The first two took place on my college campus, and for the second two I was flown out to my preferred office. I got the interviews through networking emails and phone calls. All of my interviewers were very relaxed, though it was clear that they expected me to produce when it came to the case. Very brief small talk at the beginning - "What's your story?" kind of questions, and then they would jump into the case.
Interview Question – Had a somewhat difficult case involving rates of work. Also had to know the population of China for a market sizing question. Answer Question
No Offer – Reviewed Apr 29, 2013

Interview Question – A lot of Number Crunching Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Sydney (Australia) – Reviewed Apr 28, 2013
Interview Details First round interview consisted of two back-to-back case studies with opportunities for questions afterwards. You are allowed writing paper but be sure to keep your notes reasonably tidy as they do retain them to remember which candidate was who - and you certainly don't want to end up with a nasty scribble that I had jotted down on my first case study.
Interview Question – First case was a combined market-sizing and profitability estimate on a Sydney-Melbourne high speed train service. Second case was steel mill operating at a loss, with figures provided that led to the conclusion that it would be preferable to keep the mill open as the costs of temporarily shutting down would be higher.
