Interview Details I got a on-site interview with two interviewers. One asked hardware questions and one asked Software questions.
Interview Question –
1) 3-bit gray counter using D-flip flop
2) basic questions about CMOS transistor level
3) Reverse a linked-list in C++
4) write an algorithm for a problem

Interview Details The interview was split into five 30 minute separate 1-on-1 interviews with managers or supervisors from different parts of the company. I was asked mostly technical questions, which ranged from being quite detailed (write some code to implement some algorithm) to being quite broad. There were no trick questions and no trivia questions. Everyone was very polite and nice.
Interview Question – Write code to find the critical path in a graph. View Answer
Negotiation Details – I was asked during the interview about my salary expectations. The offer seemed quite good, so I accepted it without negotiating.

Interview Details I was contacted by email for an in person interview. The interview was two consecutive sessions and took 1.5 hours in total. They told me that they will notify me for another phone interview and the final on the site interview. The questions were straightforward.
Interview Questions
- The first question was to separate valid words in a string given a dictionary. Answer Question
- The second question was to tell were to hit a bowling ball to maximize the score earned assuming the ball hits k pins and each pin has a score. Answer Question

Interview Details Submitted resume online and got the first interview around one month later. First interview consisted of 2 x 45-min onsite technical interviews involving both software and hardware questions. Got the second interview a week later, which was a group lunch + a short technical interview,.

- Hardware: How would you generate gray code using hardware? View Answer
- Hardware: Use adders and multipliers to implement the function y = ax^2 + bx + c, input a, b, c, x, output y, then I was asked to implement it with only 1 multiplier and 1 adder Answer Question
- Software: Given an array of integers and integers x and sum, find if the integer (sum - x) is in the array View Answer
- Software: Given a graph, how to find the shortest distance between two points and longest distance between two points? View Answer
- Software: delete items in a singly-linked list, then asked me how to implement a linked list to make it space-efficient Answer Question

-contacted by email to set up Interview time (HR)
-contacted by email by one interviewer about having internet access so he could see my code
-phone interview lasted for about 40 min by two people who took turns asking questions
-2 hardware and 2 coding questions
-people were both very friendly
-purely technical interview with no behavioral questions
-did not make it past this first stage; second stage would have been 4-5 more half hour interviews with different people
Interview Question –
-describe how to design a system with input signal X and output signal Y
-how to tell if 2 arrays of strings are identical or not
-print binary search tree in order
-synthesis of a counter

Interview Details First round includes two half-an-hour interviews with a software engineer and a hardware engineer. Second round includes a group lunch and five individual interviews with senior managers, half an hour each. Most questions are technical. People are nice and the entire process is efficient and professional.
