Accepted Offer – Interviewed on Toronto, ON Mar 2011 – Reviewed Apr 25, 2013
Interview Details The internal recruiter approached thru Linked In and explained me the requirement. We also discussed the interview process and other details such as joining date, expected salary etc. It followed with a technical round (which I think was ext difficult), behavior with another Sr. Manager and finally a Partner round. The process was smooth and the recruiter was extremely responsive and answered all my questions. One thing I noticed in the Partner round is that you have to research about the organization and impress the Partner. Learn about the awards, recognition and if possible provide some insights on the type of projects/ client they manage etc.

Interview Details An employee referred me, within 2 weeks I received a call from HR to set up a time for a phone interview. The phone interview was about half hour, going over the background of my resume, and the travel aspects of the job. I received an email shortly after to set up a face to face interview with another HR rep. This interview was about 45 minutes, mostly behavioral questions regarding my past experiences, why Accenture, and how I dealt with conflict. After the interview I was contacted by HR again to let me know that I would be moving forward to the last stage - 2 back to back interviews with sr.managers. Both of them would have to be in agreement in order for me to get hired. The back to back interviews were more intensive. The first manager actually reviewed my university transcript and commented on my courses I was taking. Both the managers went through more behavioral questions and asked more about my technical experience skill set. The turnaround time was really quick. I did the interviews on a Friday, and by Monday morning HR had called me to let me know I had received an offer.

Interview Details The interview process was two tiered. An on the spot case question that you had to decipher and another which lasted longer (60 minutes) and involved greater calculation. It began with a group of candidates in one room, each candidate was partnered with the first interviewer who at first conducted a generic interview and then asked the case question. Afterwards a second interviewer came in and the long case began.

Interview Details Met with Accenture at the career fair, expressed my interest in working there. They told me that they have an opening and that I should send in my information. Few days later, I was called for a phone interview with the HR. It was a get to know you interview, mainly about my CV and why I want to work with Accenture. Then I was set up to interview with a lady over the phone a week later, it was an interview based on specific behavioral questions. She asked me 3 questions. A few days later, I was invited for an interview at the office. I met with 2 managers who asked me similar questions and it was more of a conversation and a chance for me to ask questions as well.

Interview Details
After applying online, I received an email about an initial interview. This interview was just a general personality fit interview, with no tough or difficult questions. Just an easy going conversation.
The second interview was a phone interview with someone from Houston. After basic introductions, the questions became behaviour based. After 3 questions, the interviewer told me she had enough, and that I would hear shortly from the HR contact.
The third round of interviews was about three weeks after the second interview. From all that I had read on Glassdoor, this was supposed to be the 'gimme round', and there weren't many reports of people not getting the job after making it this far.
I interviewed with 2 individuals. The first one was really bristly, and difficult to establish any sort of connection with. The second interviewer was much easier to relate to, and went well.
About two weeks later, I received and email stating that I hadn't been selected for the position

Interview Details Campus recruiting process - 3 interviews - 1st: campus recruiter along with another consultant accompanied me to the interviewer. This was a chance to have small-talk. The actual interview was general talking about yourself-type questions. 2nd: several behavioural-type questions. Along with the campus recruiter, there were two consultants who were just there to just make conversation- I suppose to get a feel for how you interact with people. The 3rd I believe is supposed to be at the Accenture office, but I didn't move on after the 2nd interview.
Interview Question – During 2nd interview: Describe the steps you took to troubleshoot a problem. Answer Question

Interview Details There were three interviews, a skills interview, then a behavioural interview, and then a closing interview. The skills interview comprised technical and functional questions. The behavioural interview dug deep into prior experiences, and the key was to be clear on the things that I did, as opposed to my team, and the closing was for the senior management to ensure that I was a good fit for the team.
Interview Question – Tell me about your greatest achievement. This question was unexpected, and caught me a little off guard. View Answer
