    Mostly nice and smart people
    Many job opportunities across the Group (made more readily accessible by the endless restructures)
    Good remunerations, even though salary and bonus increases not what they used to be

    Pros

    Lots of career opportunities. Westpac invest in their employees through thorough training and a great management team. If you're willing to work hard and efficiently then your work life balance can be fantastic.

    Cons

    LBB bonus scheme had many flaws however management are looking at updating this. Sometimes management decisions would filter down without thought of how they work in local communities and it is difficult to implement them.

    Some time bank staff did not accept the error in their work...
