    Pros

    it's somehow an innovative company, it is a big environment so offerts lots of things to learn, it shapes your character

    Cons

    there are not many opportunities for high potential professionals, and higher management positions are often precluded to those starting from the base

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    they should better recognize talent and create a real meritocratic environment. I have met top managers who showed real attention to resources, while middle management is often not highly qualified

    Pros

    Very relaxed environment.
    Fairly interesting projects
    Good working hours flexibility

    Cons

    Telecom has to keep a lot of not very useful and competitive people. Many activities have not excellent technical level. Sometimes it seems Telecom tries to find projects to keep people working, rather than searching for right people for its projects.
    Not really competitive salary policy. Advancement in career depends most of all an how many years one spent working for the company.

    Be more competitive, look for new technologies, for excellence and for new services.

    Pros

    It' is a big company: offer averge salary with average work load with the benefits of a big company. You can organize your time between work and personal life. It offer average benefits. The total amount of the work is not so big.

    Cons

    Careers are not linked to the amount and quality of work, but only with own social network. The company didn't have a clear future. The top manager got salary over the average level but their quaity is very very under the average level. At now the top management is all from the old company Telecom, but the better personal and better management is from the merged company TIM. The only interest of the actual management is got a lot of money until is possible and not the growth of the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    The command chain and work flow chain are both too long. There are only few key people that have the quality, the title, the skill and are really working for the company, but they are not recognized.
