No proper care about interest of employee.i was intrested on development but i was forced to work on unit testing for 4 years in same account( rotational policy wont work due to internal manager politics) . Slow hikes to fresher but its more for laterals.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Consider the intrest of the employee, rotational policies are not upto the mark.

I have been working at Syntel full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Excellent work culture if you are working in a horizontal. Excellent scope for growth. Work life balance difficult considering work location, but work is fun.

    Cons

Growth in a vertical is difficult. Culture is not good and no scope to grow unless you have a godfather. Company policies are not very employee friendly.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change policies to make them more employee friendly. Improve travel policies and compensation. Allow for growth of an individual.

I worked at Syntel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Office Culture is good. Work environment is good for learning and growth of an individual. Provides good platform for a fresher to start with this MNC. Company values are also satisfactory.

    Cons

Ones personal growth depends on the type of work people get here, development work is less. Average remuneration and hike is paid by the organisation being a reputed MNC as compared to other.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

As per company values management is good but must give more importance to resources they have and should put right people in right kind of work and pay, which is needed for growth of any organisation. Satisfaction of employee always gives extraordinary growth.
