    Pros

Good if you are lucky to land in project of day shift and good work.

    Cons

I am trapped to do night shift by manager. They doesn't think of your problems. No transportation. Individual is not important project and manager is important. And they took credit. Join if you can work in such environment.

    Advice to Management

Bad management needs to improve. Don't treat employees as servant.

    Pros

Not much work, good work life balance. Salary is ok according to market rates.

    Cons

Cheap quality of co workers and management. Whatever you have experienced and learnt you will forget as there is no quality or good work. Cheap and worst relocation policy and benefits if you are joining in usa. Small company never aspire to become better and earn good reveneue. No gueantee if projects will end in next 10 days. Managers also dont know till when the project is. Confusing performnace appraisal process. Intentionally made confusing so that people dont demand promotion or good rating.

    Advice to Management

Sell this company. Merge with a bigger company . Only in that way Syntel will grow and earn some revenue.

    Pros

Very Bad hr policies. If you want to suicide then only join.

    Cons

really big problem is HR. They are treating people like slaves. don't sign any bond/agreement with this company. they will ruin your life. I have signed one bond for some training. that band is of 1 year. but in that one year they have not given me training and project. and after completing 1.5 years after this bond also they didn't give me my exp certificate. I needed to pay whole bond amount for my letters. So my advice to all of you dont join this company.

    Advice to Management

Please improve your HR policies. and dont treat your employee as your slaves. As you are also an employee.
