-Great food.
-Easy, simple work.

Cons – -More likely to work with management with low-level ability. Unqualified, micromanaging.
-Implementation of new products and unnecessary prep methods in-store that don't meet real needs or overly complicate things.

Cons – not a lot of hours, fluncuating hours, stressfull

Have gotten many raises since starting 2 years ago.
Laid back, often fun enviroment to work in.

Cons – Customers can be rude
Is not a 'career'
No real opportunity for advancement
Hard to get by on wages often, even with full time
Turn-over rate for employees is usually pretty high (like all fast food)
Personally, can't stand the uniforms.

Cleaner than other fast food restaurants

Cons – Can get very busy while only two people are working
You're on your feet the whole time
If working during rush hour, management expects you to prepare food, clean, and serve customers simultaneously
Minimun wage
Dead- end job

Advice to Senior Management – Give equal hours and work load to employees
Treat employees better

Pros – The employees i work with are really nice and very willing to teach me and give me a hand on things i don't know.

Cons – Can lead to overstress during peak hours. Customers can be very rude to you. I don't see much advancement working there

Advice to Senior Management – Have surveys or anything that we can offer feedback on! Either we as employees do a survey or give one to customers to evaluate our performance

Pros – Offers great opportunities to a lot of people. Very accepting internally and competitive externally. Really wants franchisees to earn a profit. Easy to expand.

Cons – Is becoming more and more saturated and has high demands. DA is demands a lot and offers little help. Not sure their "consultants" understand how to run a business. DA consultants seem to know more about what HQ wants than what a franchisee can do.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide more support via DA and less negativity

Pros – Flexible Schedule, Understanding Managers, Hilarious co-workers, sandwich access, good hours.

Cons – Terrible repetitiveness, If you work there longer than 8 months you'l want to kill yourself, the customers eventually make you want to throw food at their face, you'll smell like moldy sandwiches everytime you get off work, Unlikely to get raises or advance despite good effort.

Advice to Senior Management – Give more raises and see what happens
