    Work culture, team work and lack of bossism. The best is tried to keep you entertained and maximum efforts put in comforting the employee

    Gender ratio is highly skewed. San Diego office seems to be dominating the spree in most departments.

    - Complete coverage for housing and relocation expenses
    - Plenty of intern events and involvement

    Cons

    - Work experience is highly dependent on manager and team. It's possible to get stuck doing boring work all summer since it's not normally possible to transfer to a different team as an intern.

    Pros

    Nice facilities like accomodation,food,transportation available. People are quite friendly. Most of the managers are nice and easy to work with. Flexible work schedule,regular team outings for interns.

    Cons

    Project allocation should be done in consent with the employee. Some of the managers are too busy and soe have quite high expectations. There is quite a space crunch in office.

    Mangement is quite good as far as my treatment was concerned.
