Pros – not bad salary
some time you have enough free time (except summer and winter holiday)
not complex relationship with your colleagues and leader

Cons – too busy in weekend and holiday. It is not a good experience of missing some family activity especially when they are free to planning a party or go for travelling.
You must be super independent, keep your style in teaching and could not follow others.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on training for new teachers.

Cons – easy to get tired due to long working time

The pay are decent.
The working environment is ideal.
The colleagues are nice
You work with senior school and college students.

Cons – During summer/winter vacation, the working hours is long it might be as long as 8 hours class a day, so you should have a good reserve before that.

Pros – it is a young and passionate place, where you can put your idea into real. People you work with are very nice.

Cons – You begin with a low position and your co-work may not be as out-standing as you expected. And the salary is not much.

Advice to Senior Management – The management should be more efficient. And the company maybe should open some management positions to people from out side of the firm.

internal communication is relatively low
