    Excellent people, team culture

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsNasdaq has some fantastic dedicated people working hard and sincerely. It's a very team oriented culture and people tend to pull their weight. Yes, there is plenty of politics, but that is corporate life. Still, it's a great company working prominently on the world stage.

ConsUnder-market compensation and slow forward career path. The company is also too lean and certain groups are stretched too thin.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Director, Corporate Client Group (Former Employee) New York, NY (US)

ProsGreat colleagues, learn a lot, good salary

ConsSome of senior management are not that bright; others are excellent. It really depends on your manager, who can make your life hell while there.

CEO has cut back so much that it is affecting trading platform.

Advice to Senior ManagementStop with the cutbacks; treat your employees better. Do not rule by fear.

Very happy to work here. Work is challenging. Tough hours but rewards are also great.

ConsCareer growth could be limited. But things will hopefully move in the right direction. Sometimes long stressful hours. Less vacation.

Advice to Senior ManagementSenior management does not understand how lower level works really hard. They should plan things well.
