Former Employee – worked at MoneyGram International full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Co workers are good people for the most part
Nice & new offices to work
Pay is good
Cons – Shady HR department
Don't hire from within
All departments work separately, neither knows about changes coming
Advice to Senior Management – Beware of HR department, they would rather fire an employee bringing up a problem than try to fix that problem.
Make sure middle management has basic knowledge of Microsoft office and are able to do their jobs without help from subordinates.

Current Employee – been working at MoneyGram International
Pros – The benefit package that's available is pretty good. New hires come in with a nice amount of paid time off days.
Cons – Everything is changing so swiftly within the company, it is really hard to trust anything that is coming from upper management.
Advice to Senior Management – Openly communicate with your employees, the sooner the better. All employees are aware of the changes that is being made and you have a lot of loyal employees that haven't felt like the loyalty has been returned.
