Current Employee – been working at JDSU full-time for more than a year
Pros – Bright colleagues, flexible working, cool office, reasonable autonomy
Cons – Too many layers of management, don't have a clue what is going on back at the floor so make decisions in isolation. Decision making really slow, with no value having to go thru. Work life balance not great. While flexible working it means you work long hours.
Advice to Senior Management – Stop making decisions which impact people doing the role without knowing what it really means. Can't keep relying on those left to pick up the pieces. Why so many directors, vp and svp and do they all need to be involved in every decision. Get your top management lean.
