I worked at Google as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Smart people, great perks (food, gyms, fun, free SWAG), overal good experience for a college kid looking to learn a bunch while having a great summer
Cons – From the summer, it seemed that business opportunities were a bit limited. Also, recruiting timelines took forever -- they were very slow about getting back to candidates.

I have been working at Google as an intern for less than a year
Pros – Work is very challenging, culture is fantastic. There is always something going on and it's easy to get yourself involved in anything, even if it's outside your area of expertise.
Cons – Be prepared to spend huge amounts of time teaching yourself most of what you need to know.
If you can get to know people early, this isn't so bad.
