    Continuous learning from different process is limitless! Challenging! Nice gym!

    Not profitable 3 years in a row, continue to downsize and cost reduction. Uncertain. Support 24/7 and weekends. Stress level is high.Politicking is huge.Good working employees have been laid off or resign. No loyalty and does not protect good employees. If your good in 'talking' and presenting and NOT working it's a good place to be, just need to jump in on every email thread and talk the talk but not walk the walk this is a good place to be...

    A lot of floating Directors, Staff Engineers and Senior Principals that need to streamlines and who really does NOT go in the line or inside Fab. Not deserving of the salaries in regards with their outputs.Need to flash out the employees that every time in the PC and nothing to give to the company...

    Pros

    Good benefits. Free fruit twice a week and snacks at employee meetings in good times. Middle management is good, allows employees lot of latitude without micro management.

    Cons

    Upper management is bloated. Too many VPs trying to run day to day operations instead of figuring out long term strategy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Trim the fat in upper management for lean times. Lose non performing and revenue dissipating groups without playing favorites. Resist old boys club type think.
