    Pros

Great team and benefits. Managers are hard working and provide good feedback. Really really like the program of hiring consultants for long term employment.

    Cons

No remote work is allowed since going back about 1 or 2 years due to un productivity from a few bad apples that were taking advantage of the existing system.

I have been working at Experian

    Pros

Company strives to hire the smartest people in the industry. You will get a chance to work with the best and learn something new every day.

    Cons

Business does not have clear direction and has missed market trends repeatedly.

Chaotic and fast past environment does not allow engineers to perform proper design and implementation. Too many issues with production systems puts the entire staff into a never-ending spiral of dealing with production issues.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to consider replacing top leadership on the business side.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
